Lexus LX570 and Toyota Landcruiser 2008... What's the difference?

Quite disappointing seeing that Lexus LX and Toyota SUV have the same look but just the level of luxury is different...! Eventhough Lexus is the luxury branch of The World's Widest Car Manufacturer, Toyota but it doesn't mean that they have to share the same look for some models right? Just let me have the impression that they are running out of creativity and innovation.
One of the example you can see is through LX470 (visit http://images.google.com.my/images?gbv=2&hl=en&q=LX470) and the Toyota LandCruiser Cygnus (visit http://images.google.com.my/images?gbv=2&hl=en&q=Toyota+Landcruiser+Cygnus)... They look 90% the same but it's just the luxury level is different.
Similarly, the same case... This year Lexus had just launched LX570 as the Luxury Utility Vehicles, on the other hand, Toyota also introduced their SUV, LandCruiser 2008. They also look 90% the same if you neglect the interior!

Same manufacturer, different brand name, different luxury level, different engine, different handling, different features... I can conclude that Lexus is for the costumers that are pursuing for perfection and luxury. For Toyota LandCruiser, it is for those who are going to rural areas for off-road use.
Maybe this is one of the strategy to do business, to increase the profit rate when the number of customers increase but i do hope that Lexus will produce their only luxury cars without sharing the same look with Toyota cars.
